A rental company does not work in compartments
Anyone renting out vehicles and equipment spends the day between the counter, the yard and the back office. The quote becomes a booking, the booking becomes a contract, the contract becomes an invoice: every step entered twice is an error that sooner or later reaches the customer. NoloForWeb keeps these steps together in a single cycle, so data is entered once.
It is a web application: it opens in the browser at the branch, on a tablet in the yard, or from home. No installation on the workstations, no different versions between one branch and another.

Day to day
The whole day reads in one screen
Open contracts, expected returns and available vehicles are the first thing the operator sees when opening the system. From there you open a contract, register a return or move a vehicle between branches, without going through other menus.
The statuses are the real ones used at the counter — open, returning, booked — not generic labels.

One database per company, one domain per company
NoloForWeb is multi-tenant: every customer has their own database, their own domain and their own languages. One rental company's data never passes through another's installation, and each company can update price lists and registers on its own schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Does anything need installing on the workstations?
No. NoloForWeb is a web application: an up to date browser is all it takes. Counter workstations, tablets in the yard and remote access all use the same version.
Can we start with a single branch?
Yes. Multi-branch is already in the product and is switched on when needed: you start with one branch and add others without redoing the configuration.
Can existing data be recovered?
In most cases yes. Customer registers, fleet and price lists are imported from the previous system; the migration is assessed case by case against the available formats.
Is invoicing the Italian electronic one?
Yes, with credit notes, recurring charges, payment reconciliation and export to the accountant's practice.
